Thanks for your post. One other thing is the fact that various States in the U.S. have their particular laws which affect house owners, which makes it very difficult for the Congress to come up with a new set of rules concerning foreclosed on house owners. The problem is that a state possesses own guidelines which may work in a damaging manner with regards to foreclosure plans.

<a href="http://hop.clickbank.net/?tph2011/fsbohelp" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">eBook: "Selling Your Home Alone"</a>
USP: "Rebel Real Estate Agent and Mortgage Banker reveals the quick and easy secrets of selling your home FSBO (For Sale By Owner) without an agent and saving piles of cash by doing it yourself."

I have done this. I know beyond the shadow of a doubt that you can sell your own home without being a real estate agent and keep the commission for yourself. In this insane market, this could make the difference between being able to move on or just plain sinking.

Marina, I have no idea. However, there are forensic schools across the nation, some online. So it would be worthwhile to go to Google.com and type in "forensic audit schools." I found a few when I typed that in but didn't look for area-specific. Seems that it will be a burgeoning industry no matter how you look at it. Sad, but true. Good luck to you.
